According to Friday's NY Post Jeffrey Epstein returned to New York City "making wisecracks about his just-
ended jail stint for having sex with an underage girl". "I'm not a sexual predator, I'm an 'offender,'" the Wall
Street hedge fund manager told The Post. "It's the difference between a murderer and a person who steals a
bagel," said Epstein.
Well that's not exactly the correct analogy...
Not only are Epstein's comments brazen, they are arrogant and self-implicating. By telling a reporter "I'm an
offender", he seems to be admitting guilt.
Which brings me to the big question of the day. Why did Cyrus R. Vance Jr., the Manhattan D.A., allow a Level
3 sex offender (the most dangerous kind) to reside -- even for ten minutes -- in a house that is right next to
Central Park and a school? Isn't that unlawful given the housing guidelines for sex offenders?

In the New York sex-offender database, Epstein isn't registered under a zip code rather a "name search" option
that does not list his New York address.
The reason for this is because Epstein's Upper East Side home is considered "temporary" and by NY state law,
he is required to provide only his permanent address to the database.
Epstein is currently listed under his Florida home even though he is no longer a Florida resident either (after his
arrest he immediately became a US VI resident), but then again who's keeping count?
Once again these are mere technicalities when 1t comes to Epstein's sexual predator case. The two most
disturbing parts of this story are that this could easily happen again and that once again there will be no justice.
Had Epstein been a caring benefactor contributing to society and these young girl's education and well being
then the world would have judged him differently.

After Epstein’s conviction, the British press were using another
name for Little Saint Jeff’s: Sex Island. The Guardian reported
that the manager of two Virgin Islands—based corporations owned
by Epstein happened to be the wife of the governor of the Virgin

tion that Epstein had made to the governor's reelection cam-

Invoking the US constitution’s fifth amendment, which protects against self-incrimination, Polish-born
Ross, 27, replied: “I refuse to answer.” She was also asked “Have you ever met Prince Andrew?” and “Have
you ever flown on [Epstein’s| plane with Prince Andrew?” Ross refused to answer.
Flight logs show that Andrew was a passenger on Epstein’s jet in May 2000. In Ross’s interview it was
alleged that the former Elite agency model travelled on the aircraft more than 50 times. It has been
claimed that Epstein abused young girls on the jet.
There is no suggestion that Andrew had sexual contact with any of the girls or that he knew Epstein
abused them.
Ross’s deposition will raise more questions about the prince’s judgment after he met the billionaire in New
York in December following Epstein’s release from prison.
Allegations have been made against Epstein by up to 40 girls, with at least 17 cases settled out of court.
Epstein is said to have abused girls as young as 12. He secured protection for his associates through a non-
prosecution agreement. The federal document names Ross as a possible co-conspirator.
Lawyers acting for Epstein’s victims in the civil courts are challenging the agreement and claim it may lead
to Andrew being asked to give evidence.
In an interview with Bradley Edwards, a lawyer who represents some of the victims, Ross said she moved
to Florida in 2002 after Elite obtained a visa for her to work in America. The model was then hired to work

If Epstein’s legal team had wanted to remove Weiss from the
case, this would have been a good way to do it.
Nine days later, Detective Recarey met with ASA Lanna
Belohlavek, who told him that her boss, Barry Krischer, had asked
her again to take the case to the grand jury. Recarey told Belohlavek
that he had already requested arrest warrants for Epstein, Sarah Kel-
len, and Wendy Dobbs. The Palm Beach PD had finished its investi-
gation months earlier, he said, and had been waiting since then for
the case to move forward. He asked her once more to issue the war-
rants. Once again Belohlavek declined, saying that the original offer
her office had made to Epstein’s old lawyer had been resubmitted to
the new lawyer. When Epstein’s reply came, she would call.
While waiting for that call, Recarey received several calls
from Mary’s father, who told him that he was being followed by a
green Chevrolet Monte Carlo—tailed so aggressively that other
vehicles were being run off the road. Recarey ran the plates and
found that the Chevy was registered to one Zachary Bechard of
Jupiter, Florida.
Bechard was a licensed private eye.
“A funny thing happened in Palm Beach,” says Tim Malloy, who
was working as a TV newscaster in South Florida at the time.
“This would have been right around the time that Michael
Reiter sent his letter asking Barry Krischer to recuse himself
from the case. I didn’t even know what Epstein looked like,
really, at the time. We had pictures take
