could have been sponsored towards a better education.
With respect to Manhattan DA Cyrus Vance, I'm confused by his decision to allow this sexual predator to live
at his Fifth Avenue house all this time (since August 2010), given his rather tough stance on gun control as
witnessed by his testimony in Friday's NYPost when asked about a Florida driver cleared in a Manhattan
weapon's charge, "guns brought illegally into New York City" he said, " for any reason violate well established
state laws and are a threat to our public safety".
Then wouldn't a registered sex offender living 500 feet from a park (Central Park where young girls
congregate), and with resources to spare be an even more dangerous threat to society?

arrangements at the Palm Beach house—is that Epstein, a billionaire hedge-fund manager, organized his life
around this sexual compulsion in an open and methodical way that suggests he felt he was beyond the law.

Girl on Facebook, she cultivated her social media presence until
2013, when the Gulistream company filed a trademark infringe-
ment lawsuit against her. When the suit was settled out of court,
in 2014, Marcinko changed “Gulfstream” to “Global.”
“As a child.” she wrote for the “About Me” page on her web-
site, “Nadia channeled her entrepreneurial spirit by selling invi-
sible pets to neighboring kids. She continued on to manage a
successful family marketing business and soon she was disco-
vered by a modeling agency and immersed into the marketing
and advertising world as a spokesperson and international fash-
ion model.”
There is no mention of Jeffrey Epstein. But on her YouTube

Invoking the US constitution’s fifth amendment, which protects against self-incrimination, Polish-born
Ross, 27, replied: “I refuse to answer.” She was also asked “Have you ever met Prince Andrew?” and “Have
you ever flown on [Epstein’s| plane with Prince Andrew?” Ross refused to answer.
Flight logs show that Andrew was a passenger on Epstein’s jet in May 2000. In Ross’s interview it was
alleged that the former Elite agency model travelled on the aircraft more than 50 times. It has been
claimed that Epstein abused young girls on the jet.
There is no suggestion that Andrew had sexual contact with any of the girls or that he knew Epstein
abused them.
Ross’s deposition will raise more questions about the prince’s judgment after he met the billionaire in New
York in December following Epstein’s release from prison.
Allegations have been made against Epstein by up to 40 girls, with at least 17 cases settled out of court.
Epstein is said to have abused girls as young as 12. He secured protection for his associates through a non-
prosecution agreement. The federal document names Ross as a possible co-conspirator.
Lawyers acting for Epstein’s victims in the civil courts are challenging the agreement and claim it may lead
to Andrew being asked to give evidence.

Although he understands that Epstein is a sex offender
and has a sense of the scope of his alleged crimes, Bradshaw's
also aware that the actual conviction was for a “low-level felony.”
At the request of Epstein’s attorneys—a request that is con-
firmed by a court order—Epstein 1s quickly granted “work
release.”
What it means in practice is that six days a week, for up to
sixteen —sixteen! — hours each day, Epstein ts allowed to leave
the Stockade to be driven by a designated driver in a car ear-
marked especially for him to any one of three places: his lawyer
Jack Goldberger’s office in downtown West Palm Beach, the
Palm Beach office of a science foundation that he’s established,
and his house on El Brillo Way.
Despite the ankle bracelet he wears, it could be argued that
as a fabulously rich prisoner with two of his own jets parked
nearby, at the Palm Beach International Airport, Epstein might
have posed a flight risk.
Instead, every day of the week save one, he’s allowed to go to 3 =
his lawyer’s, to go to his office, or simply to go home.

causes had made him a player on that side of the political aisle. He
had a famous Republican, Bill Clinton’s nemesis, Ken Starr, work-
ing the other side. And just to make sure they'd covered the bases,
Epstein’s team also recruited Roy Black—the lawyer who'd
cleared William Kennedy Smith of rape and kept Rush Limbaugh
out of prison for his alleged illegal drug use—and Jay Lefkowitz,
a defense attorney who'd worked with US attorney R. Alexander
Acosta at Ken Starr’s law firm.
And so in September, the US attorney’s office reached a for-
mal agreement with Epstein’s team: the United States would
defer federal prosecution in favor of prosecution by the state of
Florida.
A non-prosecution agreement (NPA) was drafted; among
other things, it assured Epstein that he would not be prosecuted
in the Southern District of Florida for felony offenses involving
the sexual abuse of underage girls. (By that point, thirty known
victims had been discovered.) Instead it allowed him to plead
guilty to state felony offenses for solicitation of prostitution and
the procurement of minors for prostitution. The NPA established
a procedure that allowed Epstein’s victims to sue him in civil
court and took the extraordinary step of ensuring that “any
potential co-conspirators” of Epstein’s would be immune from
prosecution.
