Mr. Peirce indicates that the matter is not the responsibility of ESCC, stating words to the effect that the council has “nothing to do with it” following the removal of my daughter.He explains that responsibility lies elsewhere, referring to other possible authorities or bodies such as another local authority. During the call, Mr Peirce declines to take further action through the ESCC complaints process and does not escalate the complaint within the authority.
