Guest, Elder, Children, Pet Care Standard The standard for care of all people and animals is 5 Star in all aspects. Protocols Principal has no elderly parents, children, or pets to take care of. Guests are to be sent personal preference item request forms to complete before arriving to fulfill their needs while visiting. Guests are to be transported by islands staff to and from the island.
