About Emily

Emily Newbold-Smith

Emily was born on 30 October 2006 and was four years old when she was removed from her mother’s care in 2009. Her father went to the Family Court for residency after the family unit broke down due to the mother’s dependency and documented illness. In 2009, my daughter Emily was removed from my partner’s care during Family Court proceedings. The authorities claimed that she had been placed with non-family members in Northern Ireland, using a fabricated genogram or genealogy to assert non-existent family links there. while Social Work Northern Ireland has reported that it holds no record of that placement. Furthermore, Judge Hollis’s court was informed that social worker Christine Stirling had flown to Northern Ireland and had quashed a police investigation.

This archive exists to establish what happened to Emily, obtain the withheld records, locate her, and confirm her safety and whereabouts.

3. Specific allegations of wrongdoing

  1. Perjury and false evidence: Social worker Christine Elizabeth Stirling lied under oath; her written case notes directly contradict her court testimony.
  2. Fabricated official documents: The family tree/genogram used to justify placement in Northern Ireland was entirely false, with no basis in fact.
  3. Alteration or withholding of records: Official NHS, council, and court files have been redacted, removed, or blocked without legal authority.
  4. Misconduct by public bodies: Multiple authorities have refused to investigate clear inconsistencies and have colluded to suppress evidence.
  5. Dereliction of duty: MPs and oversight bodies have failed to act on repeated formal complaints.
  6. Murder or Manslaughter: Cathryn Louise Smith’s recorded cause of death was an opiate overdose, but the inquest returned an open verdict. Her post-mortem, toxicology and other coroner’s records remain withheld, leaving unanswered questions about whether her death involved an unlawful killing.
